Rockwell – Hurlingham Arts Festival

Guests of the Hurlingham Club were offered a ‘first look’ at our aspirational 3.2-acre waterfront residential-led scheme situated in Hurlingham, on the north bank of the Thames.

From Tuesday 30 August – Saturday 3rd September, the Rockwell team introduced guests to the company, and gave them an exclusive preview of the collection of beautifully designed homes, expansive gardens and uninterrupted river views which will be developed at Hurlingham Waterfront.

At the busy heart of the Festival, Rockwell’s marquee was decorated with bespoke design touches, comfortable and elegant seating, and welcomed guests as they enjoyed drinks made on-site by the Lockdown Liquor Company, and food from a specially curated selection of street food vendors just a few steps away. The five-day festival also featured some of the UK’s best loved names, wonderful music and live theatre performances.

One of last remaining waterfront locations on the Thames, Hurlingham Waterfront will deliver 269 residential apartments, featuring private balconies and roof terraces. In addition to the private residents’ amenities, leisure and retail will open their doors to the local community from street level.

Hurlingham Waterfront will launch in early 2023.
