Significant construction progress

Significant progress has been made with the concrete structure, including completion of Level 3, which we cannot wait to see transformed into the 22,000 sqft private residents’ landscaped garden.  The entire concrete structure of Herland Gardens will ‘top out’ in the coming months.

The façades of Herland Gardens are progressing well with window installations currently ongoing throughout, and both external and internal brickwork is underway. Roofing installation has commenced on some of the lower levels of the building and balconies are beginning to be fitted.
