Construction update
Exciting progress is happening on-site, with over 220 operatives working hard to bring our vision to life. In the last 6 months we’ve reached key milestones, including the completion of Level 3, which will soon house a stunning 22,000 sqft private residents’ garden. The Herland Gardens concrete structure is on track to ‘top out’ early in the New Year, while window installations and brickwork are advancing across the façades. Roofing and balcony installations have begun, and internal work is progressing smoothly, with drylining and mechanical and electrical services moving up through the building.
Each month, the vision of Hurlingham Waterfront becomes more tangible, and we can’t wait to share more updates as we build towards completion in Autumn 2025.
