Local Agents Attend Breakfast Briefing at Hurlingham Waterfront Marketing Suite

Last Thursday, alongside our appointed agents for Hurlingham Waterfront – Knight Frank and Savills – our Head of Sales, Aidan McMahon, welcomed more than 50 local estate agents, based in and around South West London, to gain market insight from expert researchers at Knight Frank and Savills on the year to date, and forecasted performance of the local property market.

Senior residential property analysts, Anna Ward from Knight Frank and Sophie Tonge from Savills, outlined property market trends, close to Hurlingham Waterfront and for the wider South West London area. Anna and Sophie also discussed performance predictions for the local residential and rental markets throughout 2024 and the potential effects of the supply shortage of new homes in the area.

The breakfast briefing was hosted at our dedicated Hurlingham Waterfront marketing suite, which is situated directly across the River Thames from our landmark 3.2-acre development. Guests also received a presentation on Hurlingham Waterfront, which will bring forward 269 design-led contemporary residences, comprising a mixture of 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments, each of which combines the excitement of the city with the tranquillity of waterside living.
